ZEN rooftops. Z.E.N. stands for Zona Espansione Nord (North Expansion Zone). A project of the late 60’s and 70’s that was supposed to be a perfect neighbourhood not far from downtown Palermo. An Architectural dream that became a social nightmare of petty crime, drug dealers.
